The Challenge:

Stone tapped us to help develop their newest product, Dayfall Belgian White. The intention was to disrupt the status quo with a legitimately soulful and delicious Belgian White in great packaging. The Belgian White shelf set was full of mediocrity: plain-Jane liquid in packaging that looked like a caricature of 2005 "craft beer."

Execution:

At Stone, they give a polite tip of the hat to what’s ordinary and then do their own thing. We developed a unique yet approachable package design system that's as fresh as it is timeless. And in that spirit, Stone chose Bergamot oranges for their complex character and layered them with Citrus hops. The result is a Belgian White ale like none other—insanely refreshing and remarkably unique—in packaging that oozes with fresh West Coast style.
